Dr. Thach is a board-certified and licensed osteopathic Family Medicine physician. Her clinical interests are preventative medicine, adolescent medicine, women’s health, and chronic disease management. She offers osteopathic manipulation as adjunctive therapy for various medical conditions. With over 10 years of experience, Dr. Thach provides a holistic, collaborative approach to patient care and values the unique partnerships fostered between her and her patients. Dr. Persaud is a licensed and board-certified Family Physician. Her passion is primary care, prevention, health education and women’s health. Dr. Persaud enjoys serving patients of all ages from newborns to geriatrics. Every person and their families are different and unique in their own needs. Abigail Evans is a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She graduated from Goshen College with her Master of Science in Nursing in 2016. She has experience in pediatrics, mental health, women’s health, and internal medicine. Abigail provides a collaborative and holistic approach to managing health problems. She will work with you to find the treatment that best fits your health needs and lifestyle.
Karen has been a practicing clinician for over 22 years. She has her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from A.T. Still University School of Osteopathic Medicine, and her Bachelor’s degree was through University of Central Florida. She also has an advanced certification in Lymphedema management. Dr. Stephens has a broad spectrum of experience in a multitude of settings including, acute care, stroke management, pediatric, geriatrics, and outpatient. She is currently expanding her knowledge and experience through an advanced certification in Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy from McKenzie Institute International. She has presented CEU courses to physicians as well as other therapists to achieve cohesive clinical understanding between all disciplines to produce better outcomes for their patients. Her hobbies are outdoor activities, and spending time with family.
Emilio attended Florida Atlantic University where he obtained his Bachelor’s in Exercise Science and Health Promotion and then obtained his Doctorate of Physical Therapy Degree at University of St. Augustine and has been practicing physical therapy since 2021. He brings extensive experience in assisting orthopedic and geriatric patients across diverse treatment setting and is consistently seeking continual clinical growth. Emilio emphasizes compassion-driven approach to promote a positive patient environment. Emilio finds joy in travel, trying new foods, playing/watching basketball and football, and spending leisure time in Walt Disney World.
After attaining his Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Physiology at University of Florida, Dr. Hughes continued his studies at the Palmer College of Chiropractic. He has over 5 years of experience using gentle and effective chiropractic techniques working with headache and migraine sufferers, patients with neck or back pain and many other issues that may be affected by your spine and nervous system. Now he is excited and honored to be able to help you restore function to your body naturally, gently and effectively.
Brittany graduated from Illinois State University while earning her Bachelors and Masters of Science for Food, Nutrition and Dietetics and completing her dietetic internship. She is a registered dietitian/licensed nutritionist. Over the past 10 years Brittany has been working as a Clinical Dietitian in a hospital and worked several years as an outpatient dietitian.
Sheila attended the University of Central Florida where she obtained her Bachelors in Exercise Science. Sheila discovered she had a strong passion for patient care and optimizing an individual’s ability to function, so she continued on to receive her degree and licensure for Physical Therapy Assistant at Herzing University. Sheila has experience working in a variety of settings, such as Acute Neuro, Orthopedics, and Sports Medicine, and is continuing her education in physical therapy by taking courses in mechanical diagnosis for musculoskeletal disorders. Sheila’s goal is to use her knowledge and open communication, to provide a safe and effective treatment plan to her patients and her community. During her downtime, she loves to exercise, attend NBA games (Go Warriors!) and spend time with family. Sheila also speaks fluent Spanish.
Madeline master’s degree is in Mental Health Counseling from Palm Beach Atlantic University and a Bachelor’s degree in Spanish Language from Evangel University. Madeline believes that we all have our own journey in life. At times, we all need help navigating the challenges of life and or fears. Each client is unique with their own set of needs and struggles. Madeline understands that it is imperative to listen to the clients’ stories. It is the key to help each client reaching their goals.
Heather Winkler is a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner who graduated from Jacksonville University, where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing, and South University where she earned her Family Nurse Practitioner. Heather has 25 years experience in the medical field, with 20 years in Women’s Health. Heather prides herself in providing high quality, patient centered care.
Mary Davis, APRN, FNP, AGNP-P has 29+ years’ experience in healthcare. Mary attended Polk State College and Florida Southern College. She obtained a primary care dual certification in adult/geriatric and family as an advanced practice nurse. She also obtained a certification as a medical examiner for the department of transportation (DOT) and is experienced in workmen’s compensation injuries. She especially enjoys managing patients with acute illness, women’s health and contraceptive care.
