We know that it is important to be able to schedule an appointment whenever and wherever you are.

New Patients
In order to ensure a warm welcome and that your paperwork is completed prior to your first visit, we require your first appointment to be scheduled over the phone. Please call 407-483-5757 to schedule your first appointment.

Established Patients
Make an appointment by calling 407-483-5757 or tap the “Schedule Appointment” button and follow these simple tips:

  • Choose your appointment type
  • Choose your appointment by provider or by date/time
  • Enter the name and date of birth for that of the patient you are scheduling exactly as it shows on your insurance card
  • Always utilize the same phone number and email address that the Center has on file
  • Always enter your reason for visit [i.e. Annual Physical]
  • Wait for your confirmation email from Center staff

Same day and next day appointments for acute illnesses and minor injuries are now available for online scheduling.

Telemedicine, also known as TeleVisits or Virtual Visits, make it easy to access care from your healthcare provider without leaving the comfort of your home.

During the global pandemic, TeleVisits are even more common to help accommodate most non- emergency medical needs such as:

  • Cold/flu symptoms
  • Seasonal allergies
  • Sinus symptoms
  • Skin conditions (rashes, bites, etc.)
  • Upset stomach (nausea, diarrhea, etc.)
  • Earache, cough, sore throat
  • Anxiety and depression
  • Chronic disease management
  • Medication/Prescription Renewal
